Abstract
University of Phoenix revolutionized traditional education with the launch of its Online Campus in 1989. Five years later, Toolwire revolutionized online learning with the invention of live, remote laboratories. Today both companies are working together to launch innovative, new “virtual internships” with experiential learning Student Desktops, Scenarios, and Immersive Learning Environments. This is their story.
