As online learning continues to grow, so does the need to have skilled and qualified faculty to teach online. Compass Knowledge Group partners with non-profit universities and colleges to provide marketing, recruiting, retention, and instructional design services. This presentation focuses on a project developed with one of our university partners to create an engaging online adjunct faculty training course designed around best practices for online teaching and learning. This session will showcase the goals of the project, instructional strategies, tools, and technologies implemented for adjunct faculty preparedness, and outcomes of the course offerings.
