Student's Level of Satisfaction with Online and Blended Courses

Two years ago the Institute of Virtual Education was established in the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in order to provide support to faculty and students and maintain quality in Distance Education courses offered in the Institution. During the past semester a final evaluation survey was provided to all students enrolled in distance learning courses. The survey was administered in order to learn the level of satisfaction of students with online and blended courses and the support services provided. This study presents the level of satisfaction of students from three Colleges of the Institution: Arts and Humanities, Business Administration and Science.Survey results will be presented and comparative statistics with the retention rates in those courses and analysis of the results will be presented in the poster.
