I am a Course Coordinator for an Information Systems online course with about 500 students on average. The course is offered every semester in the academic year which I manage between 13 to 18 e-tutors over a 10 week teaching period. I coordinate all course work and exams and train the e-tutors in grading the course work and exam scripts respectively. I am also a Coordinator/Master Tutor for the training course Managing and Facilitating Online Instruction (MFOI) for participants wishing to become e-tutors. The training course runs for five weeks with about seven e-tutors who manage about 25 participants each.
