Faculty Development for Blended and Online Learning: How Grad Students Can Teach While They Learn
The Online Learning Lab offers a model for faculty development for blended and online learning environments that combines a reduced cost with maximum benefit for participating institutions. These benefits include a better-trained faculty, practical experiences for graduate students, limited institutional investment, and a continually-improving distributed learning environment.
