Babson College has been offering blended courses since 2001. Initially, ad hoc faculty development was the norm but a more systematic appraoch to faculty preparedness was needed as blended offerings and programs expanded. In 2006 the Innovation in Blended Learning Faculty Fellows Program was developed. This program has now been offered five times and 50 faculty have earned the title Faculty Fellow. Lessons learned from these experieinces will be presented.

Faculty and administration interviews are the basis for the conclusions presented in this session. Administration interviews include senior administrators, program deans, faculty program directors, instruction designers and innovation specialists.
