Loyola University Chicago is creating an online resource for faculty to assist with developing blended and online courses. This on-demand guide aims to support faculty with varying levels of technological literacy and pedagogical needs and assists them with integrating technology into their blended course in a pedagogically sound manner.

Content will include: a short explanation of how the project was conceived (how we determined a need for digital, on-demand training); our process for making the guide faculty centered by soliciting feedback from instructors throughout the process of the guide's creation; and will show what the guide itself looks like and what kind of content is included.
