Presentation describes the initial start up activities and barriers faced when starting a blended learning initiative at a small traditional university. Topics include the establishment of the blended learning task force, organizational awareness survey, action plan, development of a faculty training pilot, and the testing of the blended concept in a real time class environment.

The presentation describes how one small traditional university began its entry into blended learning delevery of it's courses.
