2010 Blended Exhibit Hours and Details

Blended Conference Exhibits

Booth Size and Price

  • 6’ Ft. table-top exhibit $750 before March 31, 2010

  • 6’ Ft. table-top exhibit $850 after March 31, 2010

  • $100 per additional exhibitor badge (Includes Welcome reception, exhibit day boxed lunch and continental breakfast. Does not include entrance to sessions.)

  • The opportunity to submit a presentation to be included in the Vendor Showcase at the Blended Conference. Presentation slots are guaranteed for Coast-to-Coast and Blended Conference Sponsors; remaining slots available will be assigned first to event sponsors and then exhibitors (in order contract received).

  • Complete attendee mailing list for each conference, to include name, title, institution, and mailing address, for those attendees who do not opt-out of providing their contact information to sponsors.

    • Pre-conference registration lists will be delivered electronically to Blended Conference sponsors at the close of Early Bird Registration.

    • A final registration list will be delivered electronically post-conference to Blended Conference sponsors within 2 weeks of the end of the conference.

    • Please refer to the sponsor contract for restrictions of use of conference attendee lists.

Exhibit floor plan, set-up, exhibit hours, and dismantle times are subject to change. Please check with the Conference Services Manager and on the exhibitor tab of the website for an updated schedule prior to the conference. Exhibits must remain intact until the end of the exhibit session. Under no circumstances will the Conference Management permit the removal, during the Exposition, of any portion of an exhibit without written permission. All exhibit material must be removed from the building by the end of the designated exhibitor dismantle time. Security will be provided for exhibit area. While exhibitors are not required to be in their booths except for during the published exhibit hours above, they are welcome to stay in their booths during all conference hours.
