Abstract

Over the last year, in parallel, the State of Wisconsin Department of Instruction and the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee have created committees to help shape the future of learning at their institutions. The plans for each will be highlighted drawing comparisons in the opportunities and challenges for K12 and higher education, in particular, the role of blended learning.
