The full conference fee includes access to keynote, plenary addresses, all workshops and presentations, Monday welcome reception and poster session, continental breakfast Monday and Tuesday, lunch Monday, refreshment breaks, vendor showcase and exhibits.  All onsite attendees will have on-demand access to recorded sessions from the conference for one (1) year post-conference. Note:  Monday dinner and Tuesday lunch is on your own so you have an opportunity to enjoy exploring Milwaukee. 

*Group registrations - When 3 or more people register, a discount of $20 is applied to all full-price regular attendees. Registrants cannot receive stacking discounts. Sloan-C members can take advantage of either the member discount or the group discount.

**Sloan-C membership offer for presenters - Presenters are eligible to receive a 50% discount on a one-year Individual Sloan-C membership in appreciation of their participation as a presenter at this conference. This membership discount commences after participation in the 2012 conference and includes $50 off all future Sloan-C conferences during the year of membership. For those presenters who are already members, the discount code may be used at the time of membership renewal.

After the conclusion of the conference, presenters will receive an email from Sloan-C with instructions on how to process their discounted membership.  For additional inquires, please contact membership@sloanconsortium.org.

Refund requests must be made in writing to The Sloan Consortium by March 23rd and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After March 23rd refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future Sloan-C conferences. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to The Sloan Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, The Sloan Consortium will retain all fees. The Sloan Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
