The hotel requires a deposit of 1 night's charges at the time of booking. Their cancelation policy is a 72-hour policy - you may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your stay to receive your full deposit back. The confirmation from the hotel will show a $20/day resort fee charge, however, the actual charge on your bill, reflected at time of occupancy, will be $15/day. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive your email confirmation after you make your online reservation.

If you are calling in to make your reservation (tel.(888) 283-6423)) please be sure to mention the group booking code: RSLOA or mention the booking name "Sloan Consortium" in order to receive the special conference room rate.

Attendees of the conference must book their hotel room through the conference website no later than July 2, 2012 in order to receive discounted rates starting at $149.00* per night, plus taxes and fees. The special conference rates also apply for three days prior to and three days after the conclusion of the conference.  An additional Resort Fee of $15.00 plus tax per suite, per night will be charged at the time of occupancy.  Resort Fee includes unlimited local and toll free calls, unlimited in-suite internet access, daily newspaper, and access to Canyon Ranch fitness center for two (2) adults.

Attendees are responsible for all room, tax and resort fee and personal charges from the hotel.
