Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the 10th Annual Sloan-C Blended Learning Conference and Workshop! I am honored to serve as Program Chair for the conference this year. Our theme this year is Trend to Blend: Lessons from the Field.
We have an exciting lineup of workshops and presenters this year. I hope you come ready to learn from others and prepared to share your own experiences with blended learning. Whether you are interested in teaching & learning, student & faculty support, research, and/or institutional & administrative issues, there will be something important for you at the conference.
Last year, we had a very successful "unconference" at the end of the conference. The unconference involves several loosely structured sessions intended to facilitate group discussion about mutually important issues. I hope you will plan to participate in this years' unconference and take the opportunity to share your ideas for these more informal sessions.
I am very interested in your ideas about how to make this conference even better. Please feel free to seek me out at the conference and/or contact me electronically (charles.graham@byu.edu) with your ideas. I look forward to meeting you soon!
