The full conference fee includes access to keynote and plenary addresses, all presentations, all workshops, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, poster sessions, vendor showcase and exhibits. Lunches and dinners are on your own. Tickets for the Awards luncheon are available for purchase during the registration process only.
*Group registrations - When 3 or more people register, a discount of $20 is applied to all full-price regular attendees. Registrants cannot receive stacking discounts. Sloan-C members can take advantage of either the member discount or the group discount.
**Proof of full-time student status must be provided to Gail Sullivan at gsullivan@sloanconsortium.org. Gail will provide the student discount code via email once student status is verified.
***Press Free Passes are available for press covering the conference. A Press code is required to register. To apply for a press pass complete the form at http://sloanconsortium.org/press_membership_details. For more information or questions contact us at jfredrick@sloanconsortium.org.
Get a Sloan-C Individual Membership for just $72 (regularly $120) when you register as a regular attendee for this conference. Click here to see membership benefits. Refund request must be made in writing to The Sloan Consortium by March 12, 2013 and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After March 12 refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future Sloan-C conferences. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to The Sloan Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, The Sloan Consortium will retain all fees. The Sloan Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
