Rooming update (3/19/13): Please note that our room block is sold out. Rooms at Planet Hollywood are still available for these nights, but are not eligible for our special room rate. The rates for these nights now will be the hotel prevailing room rate.
Attendees of the conference must book their hotel room through the conference website no later than March 22, 2013 in order to receive discounted rates starting at $129.00* per night, plus taxes and fees. The special conference rates also apply for three days prior to and three days after the conclusion of the conference.
Attendees are responsible for all room, tax and resort fee and personal charges from the hotel.
For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations at Planet Hollywood, they may call the Reservation Center at 866-317-1829 to secure a reservation in our group block. The name of the group is "Sloan Consortium". Callers may also use the group code to identify the group, SMSLO3.
