HBCU Summit for Online Learning registration rates

Registrants for the 20th Annual Online Learning Consortium International Conference are welcome to attend any of the HBCU Featured Sessions on Wednesday afternoon from 1:30pm - 6:00pm.  If you desire to attend one of the HBCU workshops on Wednesday morning, please contact us at conference@onlinelearning-c.org for registration details.  An additional fee will apply for OLC International Conference attendees who wish to attend HBCU workshops.  You may attend the Wednesday afternoon featured sessions at no additional fee. The HBCU Summit keynote address and lunch is a closed event to HBCU Summit registrants only.

The full conference fee includes access to keynote and plenary addresses, all presentations, Wednesday welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, electronic poster sessions, vendor showcase and exhibits. Wednesday and Thursday lunches and dinners are on your own. We invite you to attend our Thursday Awards Luncheon; attendees must purchase a ticket to attend the luncheon. Tickets for the Thursday Awards luncheon are available for purchase during the registration process only.  The Thursday evening event and the Pre-conference workshops are an additional fee. The registration fee for Wednesday’s pre-conference workshops does include a lunch ticket****. Conference attendees may also purchase additional guest tickets to Thursday evening's event.  All onsite attendees will have on-demand access to recorded sessions from the conference for one (1) year post-conference.

*Group registrations - When 3 or more people register, a discount of $20 is applied to all full-price regular attendees. Registrants cannot receive stacking discounts. OLC members can take advantage of either the member discount or the group discount.

**Proof of full-time student status must be provided to conference@onlinelearning-c.org. All student registrations will be approved after we have received the proof of student status and after the registration is completed. Students who are also OLC members must request the member's discount code prior to registering.

***OLC membership offer for presenters - Presenters are eligible to receive a 50% discount on a one-year Individual OLC membership in appreciation of their participation as a presenter at this conference. This membership discount commences after participation in the 2014 conference and includes $50 off all future OLC conferences during the year of membership. For those presenters who are already members, the discount code may be used at the time of membership renewal.

After the conclusion of the conference, presenters will receive an email from OLC with instructions on how to process their discounted membership.  For additional inquires, please contact membership@onlinelearning-c.org.

****Kosher lunch tickets are also required for those registered workshop participants who wish to have a Kosher boxed lunch on Wednesday.

Get an OLC Individual Membership for just $72 (regularly $120) when you register as a regular attendee for this conference.  Click here to see membership benefits. Membership will be good for 12 month period. Applicable for new memberships only. Offer will be available with a link to sign up at the completion of your registration.

Refund request must be made in writing to the Online Learning Consortium by September 29, 2014 and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. Workshop cancelation fee is $25. After September 29 refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future OLC conferences. For conference registration cancelations 72 hours or less to conference start date, only 50% of the remaining balance, including optional items, (less the $75 administrative fee charged for a cancelation) can be applied as credit to a future conference registation. For conference attendees who have purchased optional item tickets (awards lunch, Disney tickets), there will be no refunds and no exchanges within 1 week of conference start date. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to the Online Learning Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
