Abstract

Whether you are building or scaling your online programs, following these best practices from curriculum development to enrollment management to instructor training and more, can make all the difference between success and mediocrity.

Extended Abstract

The processes around creating new online programs, as well as scaling and growing existing ones can be challenging no matter what your experience. This session will walk through the steps and processes necessary to create and scale high quality online programs. Topics will include the latest thinking in curriculum development, marketing and enrollment management best practices, the need for professional development and instructor training, as well as needs in technology and faculty and student support. The Learning House has been working with accredited colleges and universities for over eleven years helping support the growth of their online programs.

Lead Presenter

Serving as Vice President of Client Relations, Daniel Kalef has been with Learning House since July 2008. Stemming from a diverse background in law, social services, consultation and sales, Daniel has an enthusiastic approach to helping partner schools grow their online programs. His “take-charge” results-driven attitude makes him the perfect leader of the Relationship Management team at Learning House which is responsible for all aspects of helping partner schools achieve their online education goals. Daniel holds B.A. degrees from joint programs at Yeshiva University and New York University, as well as his J.D. from New York University.
