Abstract

Maintaining student convenience while achieving academic integrity – explore the new approach for secure online exam proctoring within the Higher Education community.

Extended Abstract

Demand for higher education distance learning classes has been on the rise, with more than one in three higher education students now taking at least one course online. But as the demand for distance learning classes is increasing, so is the incidence of exam cheating. What higher education institutions need in order to combat the issue of exam cheating is an easy-to-implement and use, cost-effective online proctoring system that ensures exam security and testing fairness by eliminating the opportunity for cheating. Software Secure offers a suite of products that are tailored to suit the varying security needs of institutions looking to provide online exam proctoring options for students.
