Extended Abstract

Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Behavior Analysis and Therapy (BAT) Master's Degree Program is designed for the working professional seeking to gain additional graduate education and eventual certification by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. The Behavior Analysis & Therapy Program prepares the student for either career path through a wide variety of quality coursework, research, and hands on training opportunities.

The BAT program at SIUC offers three off-campus Master's degree programs in Rockton, IL, Joliet, IL, and Indianapolis Indiana. These courses are delivered online as well as on-site. This is an existing 45-hour residential program, that is offered to students in a 36-month, cohort-driven program. Approximately 25% of the program is offered online, while the remainder is delivered face-to-face to the student body.

The process for delivering the BAT Master's degree off-site and online will be discussed and will include what is required to set-up the programs start to finish and the methodology for teaching at a distance geographically and online.
