Abstract
In order to reach students in the service, specifically the floating fleet, APUS had to find a way to deliver online courses offline. Using the Adobe AIR desktop client – as well as Presenter, Flash, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Acrobat, and the Adobe Connect meeting interface – the APUS Instructional Design team built a Proof of Concept system that delivered five modules from a graduate level history course. This project showcases the development of rich, interactive personalized teaching and learning environments for use online, offline, or in a hybrid environment.
Notes:

This session is comprised of a series of Presenter files displayed via the Adobe Connect desktop client. There will be no session handouts.
