23 Things: Factors in Online Librarian Professional Development

23 Things is an online professional development set of modules about educational technology, focusing on web 2.0 tools. This session discusses ways that the California School Library Association's version was implemented with pre- and in-service librarians. Significant variables that optimized the conditions for participation are identified and analyzed, which can be applied for other online professional development efforts.
