Participants will gain information on where to find and how to add content from the World Wide Web into their online classes. Focus will be on the embedding of HTML code within the Learning Course Management Software (eCollege & Balckboard). Where to find the embed codes and what media can be embedded. With a special introduction to Meebo...a synchronous chat similar to Skype. The difference is a “Widget” can be created and placed into the online environment for instant communication without students needing an account to use.
