This presentation will discuss the Course Technology Innovation Project (CTIP), a year-long program that seeks to increase the innovative use of educational technology in courses at Northern Michigan University. CTIP provides resources, incentives, and a community environment to assist faculty members in using technology to make pedagogically sound enhancements to their courses. The heart of CTIP is a cohort of faculty members from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Cohort members participate in workshops and activities throughout the project year, deploy significant technological enhancements in their courses, and commit to sharing their experiences in the program with their colleagues.
