Non-techie faculty may be the least difficult group to bring on board to use technology in teaching and learning. This session will present some research findings and faculty examples on how to bring 100% of non-techie faculty on board in using technology to enhance teaching and learning. The focus of this presentation is on how intrinsic motivators are far more effective than extrinsic incentives. The model works surprisingly well with the most resistant faculty, some of whom are early adopters. Once the non-techie faculty are on board, virtually no one else wants to be left behind.
