This presentation will expose hidden business fundamentals "below the waterline" that - if adopted by agencies and taught in schools - would make the work of delivering digital more profitable, sustainable and successful.

Jay Wolff was a founding member of SoDA (The Society of Digital Agencies:  www.sodaspeaks.com) and has served on the board since it's first term.  He works often as a liaison for the digital industry to education as well as focusing on the changes in business practices that digital media requires over its traditional predecessors.

Jay launched one of the first firms to produce interactive media (Big Hand, 1990) which was grown and sold to Rare Medium in 1999 as part of an international digital services group.  Most recently, he served as the president of Odopod through March 2010, growing the team and repositioning the award-winning software design firm as a "digital agency" in this new, emerging market.  Jay remains an advisor to Odopod, serves on the board of Boulder Digital Works at the University of Colorado, and hold advisory positions for other ventures.
