This presentation will focus on the research done in South Africa and its influence on the new faculty development project at Anthem College. The presentation will illustrate how the faculty development seminar was developed and how it is delivered today to provide the training to instructors across the country and around the world. The seminar itself is highly interactive and will allow the audience to interact with the material.
