The CUNY Institute for Virtual Enterprise (IVE) and Kingsborough’s Center for Teaching and Learning (KCTL) lead a series of on- and off-campus faculty development groups and seminars. Part 1 of the presentation will demo how KCTL’s interdisciplinary Faculty Interest Groups (FIGs) utilize wikis to facilitate college-wide discussions among faculty. Part 2 will showcase IVE’s recent work on a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant uses technology to facilitate inter-campus communication, faculty training and curriculum development.
