This presentation provides a threefold perspective on Moodle training from a teacher, a technologist and a trainer. Specifically, it relates how Moodle emerged as a choice learning and teaching tool at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, describes how Moodle courses grew nearly 2000 percent between 2004 and 2009, highlights administrative support that enabled sustainable Moodle training practices, and reveals capacity building strategies which addressed faculty resistance towards technology-supported instruction. In addition, this report submits that a careful examination of organizational culture is key to effective “moodling”. Insights to be gained from this session will benefit both academic professionals and industry practitioners interested in exploring online learning.
