Moving to Moodle – A Multi-Faceted Approach to Faculty Training and Support

Following a year–long evaluation, California State University, Northridge (CSUN) adopted Moodle as its campus supported learning management system. This presented a training challenge for the Academic Technology Department responsible for supporting a large faculty (>2000), half of whom are part-time with non-traditional work schedules. In order to facilitate the transition, a specialized team was assembled to provide a multi-faceted training and support solution.
