Open Source Physics and Easy Java Simulations: Adaptable and adoptable technology for science learning

This talk showcases the use and dissemination of educational computational models using the Open Source Physics library, the Easy Java Simulations modeling environment, and the ComPADRE Digital Library. The audience will explore this platform for learning through modeling through explorations of physical systems. The ease with which models can be built, modified, and shared will be highlighted and the application of this system to other disciplines will be discussed.
