Providing Faculty with 360 Degrees of Training Support

This presentation outlines the development of training approaches created by instructional designers and technologists at a center for online learning to assist faculty at a large urban university with developing web assisted, web enhanced and fully online course instruction. The presenter will demonstrate tutorials and training materials developed using feedback from faculty focus group sessions, surveys and research on best practices. Trainings demoed will include online self paced tutorials with print, video and web content. An outline of individual and group trainings offered in classrooms, by phone and through webinars will also be provided.
