July 20, 2010 - 9:00am

The purpose of this interactive session is to support participants in creating a process for course development at their institutions. Using a metaphor of assembling sandwich ingredients, the presenters will guide participants to consider how to assemble course ingredients to created high quality, “nutritious” blended courses. At the end of the session, participants will be able to: identify and analyze the ingredients of a high quality blended course; develop a process to create a high quality blended course; and learn strategies to avoid pitfalls that waste time and resources and discourage faculty.
