Manhattanville College received a grant to develop curriculum that combines game design with library skills. Students were provided instruction in using Scratch, a game programming tool, at the same time that they were learning basic information literacy skills. The students were then divided into five teams to prepare games on specific topics. Learn how games support information literacy and the status of game design for this discipline. Play along with information literacy games created by students and faculty of Manhattanville College. Appraise what was learned about gaming and library skills instruction as a result of grant implementation.
