Online courses and technologies continue to evolve in terms of their capabilities. Few faculty are able to keep up with these capabilities, leaving a significant gap between what is utilized and what is possible. As more and more competitors come into the online market, the faculty and student experience will increasingly be the point of differentiation. This presentation shows examples of successful training and orientation courses used to support faculty in a dozen universities, forty-plus programs, and over 35,000 enrollments per year.
