The University of Maryland School of Nursing is transitioning from in-class to a blended course delivery method for the Doctor of Nursing Practice program. The blended format consists of on-campus classes, online content, and web-conferencing sessions. Through the use of web-conferencing, faculty conduct live classes with two-way audio and visual access from remote locations. This session is for participants interested in developing a blended program. Come learn about best practices and the etiquette associated with web-conferencing, and how to use this interactive forum for more active learning strategies (collaborative learning groups, student debates, case study analysis, and group research critiques).
