Using Data Driven Decision Making for Continous Quality Improvement
April 30, 2010 - 10:14am | by rtbrown
In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the data-driven approaches to continuous quality improvement used at APUS, that have been recognized through receipt of the Ralph Gomory and Effective Practice Awards by Sloan-C in 2009. The focus will be on techniques that can be implemented at other institutions. Participants can expect to take away instruments and procedures that can be readily deployed and used to assess program or institutional effectiveness. This workshop is appropriate for practitioners and administrators alike, and will focus on programmatic change from both the strategic and tactical perspectives.
