How do we engage and retain students in increasingly complex learning environments? Maricopa Community Colleges, ASU, and ASU Online are piloting private Facebook applications designed to facilitate engagement within increaingly diverse student bodies. The applications integrate both academic and student affairs data to allow users to make new friends, find help in class, communicate with organizations, and find answers to questions about academics and student life.
