Teaching an asynchronous/synchronous blended class not only involves the use of technology, but it also involves the understanding of foundational elements: the how, when and what of eLearning. This first course in this blending learning workshop series explores the “how” and “when” foundational elements through basic online learning engagement, current online learning research and basic course construction concepts.
