This workshop will focus on the resistance and barriers often experienced when trying to grow and expand online education on a campus.  These barriers might come in the form of faculty members and/or administrators who are not supporters of online education, difficulties in developing online courses and programs, confusion relating to policies and procedures for online offerings, etc.  For each barrier or challenge that is identified, a number of strategies or ways to overcome that barrier will be shared.
