Rising out of the advent of Apple’s iPod, podcasting is less than a decade old but has dramatically integrated itself into the mainstream of online media. Podcasting has also had a revolutionary impact on formal and informal teaching and learning. Using podcasts to communicate globally has important implications for educators.
