Kathleen Ives, Doctor of Management (DM) ’04, was named chief operating officer of the Sloan Consortium (Sloan-C) in February. In her former role as associate director, Dr. Ives directed the launch of Sloan-C’s workshops as well as other certificate programs and Sloan-C initiatives, including the establishment of the Sloan-C Institute. Ives, who has extensive management and marketing experience, previously served as executive vice president and COO of The Kelsey Group market research and consulting firm and was managing director of electronic services at Verizon.
