Short Bio: 

I teach at both the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and The Johns Hopkins University and I teach both undergraduates and graduate students.  After graduating from the Harvard Business School, I worked in management positions in corporate America until 2004, when I found I much preferred teaching.  Now, I teach courses in management, communication, leadership, leading teams and organizations, and leading virtual and global teams.   I teach in fully live, fully online, and blended formats, and use a highly interactive Socratic method.
