 Dr. Joseph Santa-Bocchi is currently the Executive Director of an online MBA program offered by a consortium of professionally accredited universities. He has held that position for 10 years and has worked a total of 30 years in academics, consulting, and industry, holding positions in human resource development and performance management. The current online program has grown from a $10,000 net business in 2001 to a $1.5 million net enterprise in FY2009-2010. His new venture, Educational Learning Online, provides a full-service suite of consulting and implementation services for developing online programs at secondary and higher education institutions. Services include executive blue-printing and strategic planning; consulting on operational and financial management; market analysis, branding, search optimization, and high-return online marketing; recruiting strategies; leveraging economies of scale; course and program design and implementation; faculty training; and results management and continuous process improvement. ELO also works with corporations’ executive suite, human resource development division and training units to develop intranet-based “Universities” to up-skill employees, achieve development plans, develop position-related competencies, and improve performance management based on business drivers and key metrics.
