I am currently enrolled at Thomas Edison State College in the BSBA Program (Human Resources/Organizational Management).  My course of study is directly related to my employment as a Human Resources professional in a fortune 500 company.  I enjoy the challenges that Human Resources offers me, which allows me to engage employees in the workplace in the areas of: Benefits changes, Compensation, Community Relations involvement, Employee Relations concerns and any company announcements, etc. through departmental meetings or one-on-one meetings.  

In addition, as I work towards completing my BSBA degree, I will began to prepare myself  for the master program in Human Resources that will afford me a greater chance of promotional opportunities at work and help me work towards my personal goals after retirement.  One of my personal goals is to use my skills that I already have and start a staffing angency.
