Darcy B. Tannehill, Ed.D. is the Vice President for Online and Off-Campus Programs and Associate Professor of Education at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.  She has worked in higher education since 1990 in the areas of adult education, student affairs, enrollment management, international admissions, continuing education, and online program development, marketing, admissions, and support services.  She has also served as an Academic Dean and Campus President.  Dr. Tannehill holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and a M.S. in Education from Duquesne University and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Management and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.  She has been teaching online since 1998 and earned a Post-Master's Certification in Online Teaching and Learning from the California State University.
